We offer simple and flat-rate shipping options to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible:

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
Once your package has dispatched, you will receive an automated notification with your official tracking details.

Once your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
You can track your order status anytime using our Track Order page or through the direct link in your email.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking details to update on the carrier’s system.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Lume Organizers is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your package upon entry into your destination country. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Address Verification
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided during order placement.

If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivered but you have not received it:

- Keep all original packaging and damaged items on hand.
- Send us your Order Number along with photos of the issue so we can help resolve it promptly.
